Dr. Slater is an associate of the Austin Ear Clinic. He has been practicing at the Austin Ear Clinic since 1998. He is board certified in Otolaryngology (ENT), and has completed training in Ear and Skull base surgery from The Ohio State University School of Medicine.

Dr. Slater provides other services for the deaf and hearing impaired. These include cochlear implants, surgical reconstruction for hearing loss, acoustic tumor surgery, skull base surgery, and any other services and treatments related to the ear and hearing.
